Hard chrome plated, ground and super-finished piston rods made out of medium carbon steel duly toughened. Cylindrically post ground for accuracy, for long seal life, hard chrome plated for damage and corrosion resistance. ASTMS-106 standard GR.B horned tubes finished under 0.4&mhu; RA value for smooth operation of the cylinder and long seal life.
Piston made out of En-8 steel with large bearing area, pilot fitted to the piston rod and locked to it. provided with synthetic wear strips to avoid metal to metal contact. The cylinder assembly complete with rod, seal, wiper seal. Piston and O' ring to give leak proof operation. All oil seals and O-ring used in cylinder will be of reputed make like PARKER/HALLITE or equivalent.
